Mike Page, Rokudan (6th degree black belt) is an Independent Instructor living in Tallahassee, Florida.
Page Sensei began his Aikido training 38 years ago, initially drawn to Aikido because of the aesthetic simplicity and economy of movement and its mind-body interactions. Not long after beginning practice it became apparent that Aikido offered a physical and spiritual dimension that was not present in any of his previous athletic pursuits. Recently, his primary focus has been to gain deeper understanding and proficiency of Aiki – Aikido’s internal capacity to resolve physical conflict.
This seminar will focus on Heaven-Earth-Man models (internal martial models) and how to employ these models in martial technique.
