We can’t wait to see what Ikeda Shihan brings to Shindai in 2023. Last years November seminar was a revelation. Ikeda Sensei broke down how his perspectives on the fundamental principles of Aiki and the execution of the Aiki body works as foundational principle in standard Aikido waza. How the internal expansion into the connection of  interactive energies of Uke/Nage are integral and foundational to affective connection, timing and distance. It was illuminating.
