Hiroshi Ikeda sensei ” Lobsters and Aikido”

The seminar includes lunch on Saturday and lobster party!
This will be Ikeda sensei’s 10th visit to Portland and it is always a great event!
This year we will do a traditional Lobster bake on the shore. Please plan on bringing a bathing suit and extra long sleeve shirt and pants.The lobster bake includes one Lobster fixings and if you would like more there is an option for this. Guests are also welcome.
