Hiroshi Ikeda Sensei

Kihon Waza is a lens through which we initially study the mechanics of Physical interaction in Aikido. Saotome Sensei “suggests strongly” that we must seek to eventually grasp Aiki and the Aiki body -from- this foundation if we are to understand Aikido. The Aiki body’s connection with the centers of interactive energies has mechanics as well. Ikeda Sensei brings his studies in Internal Power in achieving these imperative fundamentals to us.
