Frank Doran-sensei at Aikido of Northern Virginia

Aikido of Northern Virginia will host a seminar with Frank Doran-sensei, 7th Dan, Shihan, of Aikido West, on March 4-6, 2016.  There will be four classes: Friday: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm; Saturday: 10:00 am – 12 noon, 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm; and Sunday: 9:30 am – 11:30 am.

The cost of the seminar will be $200 for the entire weekend.  There is an advance registration discount of $50 for all three days, lowering the cost of the seminar to $150.  You must register and pay by February 27, 2016, to receive this discount. Daily rates are available for those who cannot attend the entire seminar: Friday: $60; Saturday: $120; and Sunday: $60.
