Erwin Ricafort, yondan, will be teaching aiki and aikido principles to a mix group of aikidoka and karateka at the Kentucky Budokan in Frankfort KY. The instructors and students of the dojo have been aspiring to learn and incorporate aikido into their karate. This is a good forum in which the two arts can find common ground as Ricafort Sensei shows how the two arts complement one another. This is an ASU open event and ASU students are encouraged to attend. Come help spread Saotome Sensei’s legacy to other martial artists.
