Aikido of Northern Virginia, in cooperation with Heaven and Earth Aikido and Aikido of Arlington, will host a seminar with Donovan Waite-sensei, 7th dan, Shihan, of Old City Aikido, Philadelphia, PA, on January 30, 2016. There will be two classes: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at Aikido of Northern Virginia; and 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm at Aikido of Arlington (1305 North Jackson Street). The focus of the seminar will be on ukemi.
The cost of the seminar is $90 for the entire day, or $60 for a half-day.
