North Florida School of Aikido is excited to announce that William Gleason Shihan will be teaching a seminar at the North Florida School of Aikido (aka North Florida Aikikai) in Tallahassee, Florida, March 23-25, 2018. Gleason Sensei is well known for focus on aiki and the use of internal power in Aikido. This seminar will be limited to 35 participants.

Aikido Cork will start a weekly Zoom class "Exploring Yin and Yang in Aikido - Meditation in Action, Action in Meditation." We will share the first section of the Yang Style Long Form and demonstrate various long form applications with Aikido variations. A Memorial for Lewis Cuffy will take place at 4pm EST this Saturday, April 3rd at the Aikido Shobukan dojo. All are welcome to join his partner Sara Bluestone and members of the ASU and ASD community via Zoom. This is an occasion to remember Lewis and his teachings, and mark the successful end of his earthly journey.
