Description
KoFu Juku Aikido Club of New Lenox is a dojo committed to passing on the Aikido teachings of Wendy Whited Sensei passed down to her from Saotome Shihan. Kofu Juku was established by Wendy Whited Sensei in 2010. Teaching the essence of Aikido’s peaceful resolution of conflict and powerful presence as a martial art to young and old is our mission. Introducing Aikido to new generations is our goal. Our training methods at times can be traditional hard core and at other times just plain fun! No matter how the training goes, we guarantee you’ll leave class with a smile!
