Dojo of Nashville (Bushinkan Dojo)

The Dojo of Nashville is dedicated to teaching and perpetuating the fundamental philosophy and disciplines of modern budo (martial training) through the study of aikido. Our goal is to pass on classical martial training from one generation to another. We strive to maintain the art and traditions while applying its principles to modern day combative strategies. Our Aikido classes are led by Steve Matthews, Godan and Erwin Ricafort, Yondan. The Dojo of Nashville is where students of all ages train in a safe and friendly environment. Youth classes are for ages 7-12. Adults start at 13 years and up.

1. We offer adult beginner classes, regular adult classes, and you classes for ages 7yo to 13yo. Saturday classes emphasize weapons.
