Aikido of Tucson has provided the Tucson area with quality Aikido training since 1974. The current teaching staff consists of five black belts: one 4th dan, one 2nd dan, and three 1st dan. Both open hand and weapons techniques are taught in basic Aikikai style. Students are challenged in a safe non-threatening environment suitable for the personal and physical development of both men and women.

Aikido Cork will start a weekly Zoom class "Exploring Yin and Yang in Aikido - Meditation in Action, Action in Meditation." We will share the first section of the Yang Style Long Form and demonstrate various long form applications with Aikido variations.
