Aikido Cork will start a weekly Zoom class "Exploring Yin and Yang in Aikido - Meditation in Action, Action in Meditation." We will share the first section of the Yang Style Long Form and demonstrate various long form applications with Aikido variations. A Memorial for Lewis Cuffy will take place at 4pm EST this Saturday, April 3rd at the Aikido Shobukan dojo. All are welcome to join his partner Sara Bluestone and members of the ASU and ASD community via Zoom. This is an occasion to remember Lewis and his teachings, and mark the successful end of his earthly journey.
