Join us for our annual fall seminar with Wendy Whited Sensei (7th Degree)! Join us for this fun filled weekend of mat slappin' training. Join us as we learn to maintain posture while relaxing (harder!) those pesky shoulders and arms! This seminar will be conducted by George Ledyard Sensei, Aikido 7th Dan , a direct senior student of Mitsugi Saotome Shihan. It will focus on identifying, practicing and instructing the mind / body principles which makes Saotome Shihan’s Aikido unique.
The goal is to leave each attendee with an outline of the body / mind principles which allow one to do technique with “aiki”. A written lesson plan will be provided and by the end of the weekend, the attendee should have an array of exercises that he or she can use to practice and teach these skills.

Oberlin Aikikai will host Hiroshi Ikeda Shihan for the Oberlin May Fair Seminar May 3 – 5, 2019.
