This seminar will be conducted by George Ledyard Sensei, Aikido 7th Dan , a direct senior student of Mitsugi Saotome Shihan. It will focus on identifying, practicing and instructing the mind / body principles which makes Saotome Shihan’s Aikido unique.
The goal is to leave each attendee with an outline of the body / mind principles which allow one to do technique with “aiki”. A written lesson plan will be provided and by the end of the weekend, the attendee should have an array of exercises that he or she can use to practice and teach these skills.

Tim Magill sensei is a godan (5th dan) in Aikido and will be teaching a seminar at the North Florida School of Aikido. Tim Magill Sensei has trained in Aikido since 1986.
